New paid memberships come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will refund the full amount you paid, no questions asked. You don't need to explain why.
Email rplabsllc@gmail.com from the address on your account, or use our contact form, and include the email you signed up with. We'll confirm and process it.
Your membership renews automatically each year. You can cancel anytime from your profile to stop future renewals — you'll keep paid access until the end of the current period. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of that renewal and we'll work with you in good faith on a refund.
